ABOUT LESSONS AND ACTIVITIES****

WELCOME Beginner campers ! Campers at this grade level are able to participate as a day camper only. Unless other arrangements are made personally with the direcctor.
Day campers in grades 2 -3 arrive at 9:00 A.M. and depart at 4:00 P.M. although they are welcome to stay for dinner for an additional $5.00 per day but must depart after dinner. Parents are always welcome.
Day campers in grades 2-3 will learn the basics of music and have the opportunity to play the recorder. Campers will have fun learning music in an beautiful atmosphere. Music lessons for beginner camper will be from 9:00 - 11:30 followed by lunch and afternoon activities.
The activities at this age level will be confined to the camp grounds and supervised by parent volunteers and a paid staff studying elementary education. Children in this age bracket will participate in arts and crafts, filed games, water balloon fights and many more fun and developmentally appropriate actives. Young day campers will not participate in hikes or be able to go to the pool. ( That's for next year) |

information that we should be aware of:
If a child needs medication, we need to know the dosage and the times
to administer the medicine. All medication will be administered by
adults. The medication must be in the original container with the
instructions clearly written on the bottle. The bottle must have the
child's name printed on the label. Any medication must be given to the
registration person upon check-in.
